The hotel is perfectly located steps away from the beach and various restaurants. The rooms, though small, are practical and quiet despite facing the street. The service was exceptional, going as far as guiding us to the car park. However, some staff members were rude. The dining options were varied, but a bit pricey. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Biarritz. The location is superb, steps away from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The rooms were comfortable with all the expected facilities, including efficient air conditioning. The service was generally friendly, although there was a small hiccup with the room availability upon early arrival. The dining options were good but a bit on the pricey side. The heavenly location and central accessibility make it a top choice for tourists.
